1. Overview

Rogue Active Intelligence Inc. ("RogIQ," "we," "us," or "our") has built artificial intelligence ("AI") into the core of our Platform. This AI Content Policy governs your use of all AI-powered features of the RogIQ Platform, including:

  • Genius Mode — Autonomous or semi-autonomous AI content creation and publishing
  • Multi-Agent AI Collaboration — Multiple AI agents working together to complete complex marketing tasks
  • AIO Engine — AI-powered content optimization and automation system
  • Content DNA — AI feature that captures and replicates a brand's unique voice, tone, and content patterns
  • Any other AI-powered features that may be introduced to the Platform from time to time

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of RogIQ's Terms of Service. By using any AI features of the Platform, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Disclaimers and Acknowledgment of Risk

2.1 AI Output May Be Inaccurate. You acknowledge that artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving technologies. AI features may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, or that do not reflect real-world facts, events, or conditions. RogIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

2.2 No Professional Advice. Content generated by AI features does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, compliance, or other professional advice. You must not present AI-generated content as professional advice without independent human expert review. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions that could cause harm if acted upon.

2.3 Evolving AI Landscape. AI capabilities, limitations, and potential risks are constantly evolving. We update our AI features regularly and cannot guarantee that output will remain consistent over time.

2.4 As-Is Basis. ALL AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ROGIIQ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING AI FEATURES AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 Human Review is Required. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published, shared, or used in any way that could reach consumers or third parties. Enabling Genius Mode does not eliminate this responsibility; it means you have accepted responsibility for AI-published content without individual pre-publication review of each piece.

3.2 Accuracy and Compliance. You must verify that AI-generated content: (a) is factually accurate; (b) complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards; (c) complies with the terms of any platform on which it is published; (d) does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; and (e) is appropriate for your target audience.

3.3 Professional Service Disclaimers. If you serve clients in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal, real estate, insurance, etc.), you must ensure that AI-generated content includes all required disclaimers and does not constitute unlicensed professional advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with industry-specific advertising and communication regulations.

3.4 Sensitive Information. You must not submit to any AI feature: (a) Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA; (b) financial account numbers or full payment card information; (c) government-issued identification numbers (SSNs, passport numbers); (d) any personal data whose submission would violate applicable privacy laws; or (e) confidential client information that you do not have authorization to share with AI processing systems.

3.5 Content Labeling. Where applicable law or platform rules require disclosure that content was generated by AI, you are responsible for making and maintaining those disclosures. This includes but is not limited to FTC requirements, emerging state AI disclosure laws, and individual social media platform policies on AI-generated content.

4. Acceptable Uses of AI Features

RogIQ's AI features are designed to support legitimate marketing and business operations. Acceptable uses include:

5. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

You agree not to use AI features for any of the following purposes:

  • To create hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting individuals or groups.

5.3 Deception and Misinformation

  • To generate deliberately false or misleading content intended to deceive consumers;
  • To create deepfakes, synthetic media, or other content designed to impersonate real individuals without their consent;

5.5 Professional Advice Without Oversight

  • To generate individualized legal advice, specific investment recommendations, specific medical diagnoses or treatment plans, or other professional advice without appropriate human expert review and required disclaimers.

5.6 Privacy Violations

  • To generate or enable content that violates any person's privacy rights;
  • To create comprehensive profiles of individuals using data they have not consented to share;
  • To identify, track, or target individuals in ways that violate applicable privacy laws.

5.7 Platform Manipulation

  • To manipulate, jailbreak, or "prompt inject" against AI safety measures;
  • To use AI features to generate content designed to game algorithms or gaming systems in ways that violate applicable platform policies.

5.8 Any Other Prohibited Use

  • Any use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or the Code of Conduct in Exhibit A to RogIQ's Terms of Service.

6. Genius Mode: Special Requirements

Genius Mode enables automated content creation and publishing without individual human pre-approval of each piece. Because of its autonomous nature, Genius Mode carries additional responsibilities:

6.1 Configuration Requirements. Before activating Genius Mode, you must:

  • Define clear content parameters and brand guidelines within the Platform settings;
  • Configure content approval workflows or guardrails appropriate to your use case;
  • Establish which platforms and content types are within scope for autonomous publishing;
  • Review and test the system with sample outputs before enabling live publishing.

6.2 Ongoing Monitoring. While Genius Mode is active, you must:

  • Regularly review content published through Genius Mode (at minimum, weekly);
  • Monitor for errors, inaccuracies, or off-brand content;
  • Maintain the ability to immediately disable Genius Mode if a problem is detected;
  • Respond promptly to any complaints or concerns about published AI content.

6.3 Client Accounts. If you activate Genius Mode on a client's account (as an agency or reseller), you must:

  • Obtain the client's prior written authorization;
  • Ensure the client understands that AI may publish on their behalf without individual pre-approval;
  • Configure appropriate guardrails reflecting the client's brand and compliance requirements;
  • Remain responsible and liable for all content published through Genius Mode on their account.

7. AI Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Evolving Law. The copyright and intellectual property status of AI-generated content is an area of rapidly evolving law. The extent to which AI-generated content may be owned, registered, or protected by intellectual property law varies by jurisdiction and continues to develop.

7.2 No IP Guarantees. RogIQ makes no representation or warranty that AI-generated content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, or that AI-generated content is eligible for copyright protection. You are solely responsible for conducting your own review of AI-generated content for potential IP issues.

7.3 Content DNA and Brand Voice. When you create a Content DNA profile, you grant RogIQ a limited license to use the brand materials you provide (including approved content examples) to train your custom AI model. This license is limited to generating content for your account and is not used to train models that serve other customers.

8. Multi-Agent AI Collaboration

Multi-Agent AI Collaboration allows multiple AI agents to work in parallel or in sequence to complete complex tasks. When using this feature:

  • Each agent's output is subject to the same rules and standards as any other AI-generated content;
  • You are responsible for the final output produced by collaborative AI agents, including any compound errors or compounding inaccuracies that may arise from multi-agent workflows;
  • You should design multi-agent workflows to include human checkpoints for high-risk or high-visibility content.

9. AI Model Providers

RogIQ's AI features are powered in part by third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI and Anthropic. Your use of AI features is subject to the applicable terms and use policies of those providers, in addition to this policy. See our Sub-processor List for current AI model providers.

10. Reporting Concerns

If you observe AI-generated content that you believe is harmful, inaccurate, or in violation of this policy, please report it to:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

11. Updates to This Policy

RogIQ may update this AI Content Policy at any time as AI technology, applicable law, and platform capabilities evolve. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of AI features after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
